The Grind

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Who we are

The Grind is operated by Adam Wudzinski - IT Solutions("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

The Grindis a personal progress tracker: you log time spent on real-life skills and the service turns it into XP, levels, ranks, streaks and milestones, along with AI-generated journal entries, story text and suggestions. AI-generated content is produced automatically and may be inaccurate — it is for motivation and reflection, not professional advice. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

4. Purchases and access

  • Access is sold as one-time purchases: time-limited passes (e.g. 7, 30 or 90 days) or a lifetime pass. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
  • Time-limited access starts when your current access ends, so buying while a pass is active extends it — you never lose days.
  • Refunds: you can request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase, no questions asked — email adaswudzinski94@gmail.com. A refund revokes the access that purchase granted. This does not limit any statutory withdrawal or refund rights you have as a consumer.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no reselling without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu (Manage account), which permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; where required we will refund unused paid access.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost data, lost profits or lost progress records), and our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including liability for willful misconduct and your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
